This facility was the first Indian health clinic to be constructed "from the ground up" under Cherokee Nation management and is located on five acres at the edge of Sallisaw city limits. In 2007, the Annex Building was added to the existing site. All services that are not imperatively connected to the clinic have been moved into the new facility.
