Annually, students, residents, and faculty experience more than 40,000 patient encounters.

Located on the campus of Northeastern State University, the Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry has produced high-quality optometrists since its founding in 1979. The Optometry school and clinic is located in the original Bureau of Indian Affairs Hospital built in 1936.
